To enjoy a treatment, one must first prepare for it. I always start with a hot bath using Fleurs de Neige Bath Salts. You can also use Epsom salt and add a few drops of our Sérénité Bath with Melissa, which relaxes, or another essential oil, as well as a small cup of oatmeal flour to soften and soothe the skin. I also light a candle with our Fleurs de Neige scent for the cocooning atmosphere. Because the approach is as much a part of the treatment as the treatment itself. It is work on both skin and mind, a moment for oneself that must be as pleasant as possible. You can also purify the space by burning a bit of white sage.

2.

Start with a gentle Flocons de Céréales Scrub, then mist with Melissa & Mint Herbal Water or mineral water and gently remove impurities with a tissue.
Take a few drops of Maca Root Elixir, a 100% natural precious oil, and massage the face with the Rose Quartz Gua Sha: from the inside out and in small circles around the eyes. This ancestral beauty tool has a truly draining action (the Jade Roller, which I have used for 20 years in Pure Altitude spas, has a more relaxing effect). It deeply stimulates circulation and helps eliminate toxins.
The skin is smoothed, features are relaxed and the complexion becomes rosier and more radiant. You can also perform a few pinching movements along the jawline.

Finally, apply fresh — as it is kept in the refrigerator — a mask such as Rosalpina Youth, perfect for de-fatiguing and hydrating. You can even leave it on the skin, removing only the excess with a tissue, as its amino acids combined with hyaluronic acid have a hydrating and plumping effect.
Then apply your serum, such as Himalaya Elixir, which pairs beautifully with the Rosalpina Youth Mask.
If going out, apply, fresh as well, the Fleurs de Givre Mask, which is then rinsed off with a sponge. It’s an SOS repair treatment that gives a lovely glow thanks to mallow and wild pansy. Then apply your moisturising cream before make-up.
