Pure Altitude has chosen not to have its products Ecocert certified, but the brand makes a point of favoring ingredients of natural and organic origin by using plant raw materials grown and harvested with respect for the environment. . For example, edelweiss, the origin of all our formulas, is grown on the heights of Martigny in Valais Switzerland by an agricultural cooperative specializing in the organic cultivation of medicinal plants and as part of a program to safeguard mountain plants.
The vast majority of Pure Altitude products are vegan, except for Lait des Alpages, Douceur des Cimes Shampoo, Eye Contour Treatment, Ultra-Regenerating Cream, Cold Cream, Bons Baisers de Megève Lip Balm, Gourmandises Lip Balm des Alpes and Baume des Montagnes, which contain honey or beeswax, without any cruelty for animals.
