As a member, you can earn Edelweiss points to enjoy early access to our new products, exclusive offers, and many other lovingly crafted surprises.
Because your loyalty deserves the very best the mountains have to offer.

All your discount vouchers and Edelweiss-related information are available in the small window on the left side of the screen, titled "Pure Altitude Club."

To use your Edelweiss points:
1. Click on "How to use your Edelweiss?" in this window.
2. Select the discount you're eligible for and redeem your points.
3. A discount code will be generated — copy this code and apply it at checkout on your next order.

To view all available rewards, go to the "My Discount Vouchers" tab. You’ll find all your benefits ready to use!

Edelweiss is the name of the points you earn in the Pure Altitude Club loyalty program.
You can collect them by purchasing our products (€1 spent = 1 Edelweiss) or by interacting with us:
subscribing to our newsletter, following us on Instagram, or leaving a review on our products.

Log in to your account — your Edelweiss balance will be displayed directly on the "Pure Altitude Club" page.

The Edelweiss points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.

Your Edelweiss balance will only expire if unused for the past 12 months. To avoid expiration, make sure to use your points within this timeframe.

Your Edelweiss points will appear in your account after your order has been shipped and will then be available for redemption!

Your level is calculated over a 12-month period. Once you reach a new tier, you keep it for one year. After that, your level is recalculated based on your spending over the past 12 months.
