Inspired by the drainage techniques practised in our Spas, the brush massage supports the face's lymphatic circulation: the skin looks decongested, smoother, and the complexion regains its full radiance.
Spa tips
Before you begin, always open the lymph nodes to prepare for drainage. Apply light circular pressure for 3 to 5 seconds on each point.
Always work from the centre of the face outwards, following the natural lines of your features. The motion should remain slow, light and comfortable, without pulling the skin.
Start with the neck, gently moving down towards the jawline and collarbones. Continue on the cheeks and cheekbones, from the centre of the face towards the temples. Finish with the eye contour using light sweeping strokes, then smooth the forehead outwards.
Caring for your brush: after each use, clean it with lukewarm water and mild soap, rinse thoroughly and leave to air dry.
