In the early morning, just before the sun hits too strong, install your yogi mat on one of the small platforms nestled in the heart of our tropical garden for a few asanas or take advantage of our fully equipped air-conditioned fitness room . You can work alone or prefer to train with a private coach , whom we will be happy to book for you and who will take you to discover the steep terrain of the island for an outdoor sports session. After a day exploring every nook and cranny of the island, diving in the natural pools of Petit Cul de Sac, paddle boarding on Saint-Jean beach or surfing in Lorient, return to the hotel for a swim in the incredible oasis of freshness offered by the indigo blue swimming pool , in the heart of palm trees, bougainvillea and other mango trees…
