Apply on a clean and dry skin the care oil that suits you, warming it a bit in the palm of your hand. To boost the penetration of the care oil, heat your Gua Sha in lukewarm water. Finish the massage with the Gua Sha cold (by dipping it in a bowl of ice for a few minutes), to close the pores and thus retain all the active ingredients of your care.
